Oed to the ego persona!

You've plunged me into the depths of hell
It was almost a curse, a Dividing spell
screaming, shouting, wretched in pain
feeling doubtful, discouraged, full of shame
alone to suffer within this hostile game

You've shown me what it feels like to be in the dark
seems you'd taken me far away from that inner spark
you've shown me over and over again
how I'm a horrible sinner and killer of men

You've kicked me hard when I was down
even though I knew, you were only a clown
the games that you played were hardly fair
closed down towards my brothers, no care

The road you've led me on was miserable at best
rarely granting me a moment of peace or rest
But its time I learned my lessons and passed this test
I don't want to listen to you anymore, you're only a pest

I hear, when I know better I can do better, I know
I've needed to go through all of this to grow
I'm having to completely love you, and set you free
and Only then can I finally be free to BE

Soldiers of Lament Steve Mcdonald

I Song this song that I've just recently heard, these ARE Deeply moving lyrics!

Some are born through sorrow,
Some are born through pain,
Some are born through
...laughter and joy
We were born to live again.
And we will live again.

A lonely soul by the river
The Celtic moon his only friend,
The journey's end
...but not far away,
The journey begins again.
And we will begin again.

Life be like
the joy and treasure
Peace enjoyment, love and pleasure.
One fond kiss
and then we sever.
One farewell,
alas forever.

One fond kiss
and then we sever.
One farewell,
alas forever.

My only love,
My only love,
Nay,
forever,
goodbye, goodbye, goodbye.

RULES FOR BEING HUMAN

RULES FOR BEING HUMAN<
1. You will receive a body. You may like it or hate it, but it will be yours for the entire period this time around.

2. You will learn lessons. You are enrolled in a full-time informal school called life. Each day in this school you will have the opportunity to learn lessons. You may like the lessons or think them irrelevant and stupid.

3. There are no mistakes, only lessons. Growth is a process of trial and error experimentation. The "failed" experiments are as much a part of the process as the experiment that ultimately "works".

4. A lesson is repeated until it is learned. A lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learned it. When you have learned it, you can then go on to the next lesson.

5. Learning lessons does not end. There is no part of life that does not contain its lessons. If you are alive there are lessons to be learned.

6. "There" is no better than "here". When your "there" has become a "here" you will simply obtain another "there" that will, again, look better than "here".

7. Others are merely mirrors of you. You cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects to you something you love or hate about yourself.

8. What you make of life is up to you. You have all the tools and resources you need. What you do with them is up to you. The choice is yours.

9. Your answers lie inside you. The answers to life's questions lie inside you. All you need to do is look, listen, trust.

10. You will forget all this.

Christmas blessings and rebirth of the Christ within!

Many feel Christmas is a magical time, with folks everywhere opening their hearts and sharing the joys and leisure of the holidays. I feel that the true meaning is about celebrating and accepting the birth of the Christ child inside each of us yearning for our acceptance and embrace.

Humans hand their powers away to outer entities such as governments, deities, health care establishments, corporations, etc, because its been done forever. We've been conditioned by all these institutions and unless we stop shirking responsibility for our own salvation we will continue to look outwards for someone to save us. The only ones who benefit of course, are the power structures in place, which we sustain through our victim stance as sinners or moral degenerates.

I only began seeing through Christianity to the deeper truths, once I was ready to move past my mental box, and its many ridiculously fear- based doctrines. Investigating the questions and looking for some real answers lead me to see how we've been lead astray. I suppose when one strips away many of the distortions that cloud the truth they can see through the manipulations of fear mongering.

Maybe we are gifted these opportunities to learn and grow beyond what was taught in Sunday school and from many well meaning people throughout our lives. I've wondered, "What if many of us came here to transcend some kind of programming, and found a way to see through it, take back our power and remember that we can use our free will to choose love in every situation"? From this higher perspective we might see how perfect the plan had been set up to be born in a particular family and have certain experiences presented for our learning. That is crucial to transcend the ways that no longer work. When one works to over-ride their fear based programming they are finally set free to see the light of truth.

Jesus said, "I have come that you might have life and have it abundantly". Jesus came to show us the way to a more abundant and happy life, in every aspect. So enough idolizing Jesus, and pretending we are only miserable sinners. If we hope to reach our full divine potential and inspire others who still need to be awakened out of fear mode.

How can we continue pretending we are powerless when we have been shown such a great example through Jesus? This Christmas and every Christmas let us remember to rekindle the spark of Christ light within, and be driven by love and let it dissolve away all fears for good!

Merry Christmas and a Blessed, Peaceful New Years to all!

Cause of Negativity

I find this video makes so much sense...Everything is God (energy) and once we integrate with the dark/light aspects of ourselves, we fall into alignment and stop our continuous suffering because we were out of balance.
I'll be taking the heart resonance course this fall and can't wait to practice it! SO exciting!

"How To Just Be"

How To Just Be-
I am
in the present - the now.
All is perfect, whole and balanced.
I will not believe in old limitations and lacks.
I will not judge, but accept and understand.
I will be as I was created to be perfect and whole.
Free of the past, it has no control, only to learn from it.
I open myself to the wisdom, that is part of that which created me,
and is part of me, and within me.
I move on the new - forward to release old patterns.
The more resentment I release, the more I can receive and give love.
I will love all as I wish to be loved.
I must see myself as an individual, unique and special.
All my experiences have formed the facets of the special jewel,
like no other, which is myself.
To see myself as Soul and this body only as a vehicle for this world.
For I am part of the creator and the energy, that I came from.
Every day I can be what I choose and think thoughts,
that will create what I choose.
I will allow all to be, what they choose.
I shall be balanced in all I do.
I will not be a victim of circumstances or others standards.
But the master of my destiny.
I will be

Unity Consciousness Meditation day!

Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs

1) Physiological: hunger, thirst, bodily comforts, etc.;
2) Safety/security: out of danger;
3) Belonginess and Love: affiliate with others, be accepted; and
4) Esteem: to achieve, be competent, gain approval and recognition.

Until all humans on our beautiful Planet can have their basic needs met then we can't focus on our spiritual growth and evolvement of the human species. Today I am focusing on the oneness of all Life. Today is Unity Consciousness ,we are all connected and interdependent to each other. We share the same Earth, air, water, animals. Its time to wake up and realize that separation doesn't foundation us in the world of form....only the oneness of all Life as we all came from the Same Source. We are sovereign beings that need to get into balance and aligned with our true, divine radiance.

With peace and Love, I AM Helen!

Immortal beings we are!

One of my favorite book is "Your Immortal Reality" by Gary Renard. It is based on the authors study of " A Course in Miracles" which is fascinating in itself! Essentially it teaches that once we complete our personal forgiveness lessons we are able to go back home, into perfect oneness with our Creator. It is really a liberating book. I have read many metaphysical/spiritual books, but this one is incredible! I recommend it to anyone looking for that "Aha" moment!

"Each day that you forgive all the effects of the worlds mistakes are melted as snow into a burning fire. No more guilt, no more karma, no more fear of what may be. For you have met yourself and declared your innocence, and all that follows is as natural as God. No more birth, nor old death; these were just ideas. If you should come again to help a few more to find the way, so be it; but you are not a body, you are love, and it matters not where love appears to be. For being love, it cannot be wrong. The day will come when pain is impossible, love is everywhere, and truth is all there is. You've longed for this forever, often silently and without knowing it. The knowledge of what you are is more certain now, and love has forgotten no one. The day will come when the world will sing the song of spirit instead of weeping tones that hide the Voice for truth. The day will come when there is nothing left to forgive, and celebration with your sisters and brothers is the order. And then the day will come when there is no more need for days. And you will live as one forever in the holiness of your immortal reality."

-from "Your Immortal Reality: How to Break the Cycle of Birth and Death" by Gary R. Renard

Three lessons for BP from the Exxon Valdez spill

It is very frustrating watching the media talk about the oil spill in Gulf Of Mexico gushing out of control. It pains most everyone's heart to see this disaster unfold. Hopefully we can curb this massive corporate greed, that has played itself out so blatantly, in order to wake us up. Its long overdue time to take a stand collectively, for our Earth and all who live on it. The BP employees who died in vain for a corporation that didn't give a damn for their lives or for the Earth were sacrificed and so is all life that is harmed in the waters, in order for us to change our views. We are interconnected to the Earth, the relationship between ourselves and nature is ONE.

The way I see it, is if drilling doesn't stop then we will continue to learn lessons the hard way.

Flow with Life, Surrender give up control...

Lately I've been wondering why I resist so often to moving ahead into a happier place? What is their to hold onto? If life likes to flow (energy is constantly in motion) why do we insist on holding onto the past? What are we afraid of? Could it be that we know that it will disappear into the sea of eternal forgetfulness once we stop thinking about it? I like the following video, which I just came across. I have used eft over the past year and find it very good for releasing pent up energy that I've held onto and has built up tension within my mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies.

Try the video and see it it helps, much thanks goes to Brad Yates!!!

Life is but a dream....

Over the last few years, I've been reading and devouring much metaphysical and life enhancing, personal growth material . I've become amazed at the way life has started to be more calm because I've become more inspired to accept change as a constant and follow my inner guidance to lead me to where I need to be. Even though I've realized that most of what I've been taught was designed to limit and keep me blinded, I know it is all part of my play in 3D to grow into a conscious creator of my reality. I'm having to constantly accept new ideas, thoughts and disregard old assumptions from my societal conditioning, to be more of who I am, instead of the egoic- personality that has only created misery. By expanding my horizons and moving forward without fears that have held me back, I've had to reject many things that no longer resonate with my inner wisdom. So by letting go of all that no longer serves my higher purpose I'm following my divine plan.

The more my inner stuff gets healed, balanced, and aligned back into wholeness, it seems the healthier I become on all levels (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual). The more I clear and delete old, obsolete thought patterns, the more clearer I can see how I am creating my reality with every action, thought, word, etc. Its definitely worth doing all the psychological work to heal all aspects of oneself. We can focus on being in joy, and leave behind the outdated "dog eat dog mentality" and shift into the new paradigm of peace, love and harmony.

One of my favorite techniques for healing is an ancient Hawaiian method called Ho’oponopono which is all about cleaning old beliefs and negative programs that only prevent us from being free and creating the life we want. The practice is very simple and very healing for all life.

The youtube video below is a nice one to watch to Self-Cleanse and by forgiving the dream that we thought was real we can wake up from the dream and stop perpetuating the illusion of separation and embrace the truth of ONENESS with all life and set ourselves free from the ego whose time is clearly expired!

Forgiveness vs absolution..

Forgiveness often implies an element of blame but absolution is the act of absolving; "absolving" is defined as: to set free from an obligation or the consequences of guilt; to remit: to lay aside partly or wholly. That is freeing! The video below is so beautiful and I am so grateful for the work of metaphysical Dr Toni Elizabeth Sar'h. Enjoy as you absolve every aspect of your life! This is an amazing exercise to clear yourself of any dense emotions that hold you back!

Magic moments of awakening with magical songs and movies

I have always loved music, especially some oldies since my parents used to listen to them quite a bit. One of my favorite songs as a child was "The Fifth Dimension-Aquarius /Let The Sunshine In" I didn't know back then what the song meant, until much later, but I had that feeling that their was of a deeper, inner meaning within it.

I felt the same with the movie the "Matrix" and some other touching movies, like "Avatar". While watching the Matrix, with my sister, back in 2000, I just had an inner, magical feeling that was alerting me to pay attention to the significance of the message in the film. Of course, at that time in my conscious evolution I didn't realize the impact that the movie had, in terms of the many spiritual truths it portrayed. Although the subconscious mind, which knows everything, recognized it . I now know it was coming from the soul and their was an unlocking of the mind, in the deeper parts of my awareness.

Its like when its our time to wake up it happens in perfect order, with divine timing and grace. We're so guided in all ways. I feel so blessed to believe that truth with all my heart and soul. Realizing that we are being guided to fulfill our purpose for coming to this Planet. I can finally let go and trust in the higher plan, my higher self and God! Life is so perfect and grand, and I really need to RE-MEMBER that more often!

Just a rant for accepting AND respecting all opinions, beliefs, views

Recently I had a message from a facebook friend who feels that I have been posting too many messages from my "new age religion" stuff which has disturbed him, especially since I was once Catholic; so he has decided to remove me from his friend list.

I felt, that I should respond back to him but I know that it would probably shatter a mental box he might have about the Roman Catholic religion, so I have decided not to, since I don't want to set off anymore then he might handle. I find that ignorance is extremely old fashioned for this day and age, especially in the age of technology and when we are all being urged to take control over our lives through self help and the health movement all around us. Though many of the beliefs are deeply entrenched and subconsciously anyone who tries to question them, is going against some very strong pattern of energy from a large group of people who have put all of their responsibility and power into an outer structure to save them.

But I decided to write a note just for my own feelings to come out.

As for the facebook posts, I guess trying to spread positive info that actually helps people get rid of their fear based beliefs threatens too many ego's. I must say it bugs me when someone calls New age a cult, especially when the religion they are part of is the biggest one (as the Cult of Catholicism) which is highly organized and much more concerned about preserving its power and control rather than giving followers the true teachings that could set them free. So, this is just a bit of what I wrote, as I didn't want to go off on a tangent as I often tend to do...

Dear: Former FB Friend

I'm sorry for disturbing you with my posts and I hope you can see that if it brings you discomfort it is something within you that might need to be looked at (ego). I know that sometimes I post too much, sorry about that, but I only try to post what I myself find useful and knowledgeable.

As for me being in a new age religion, "New Age" isn't a religion, that is a misconception (bias), its actually ancient knowledge that has been suppressed for centuries, after enforced dogma starting around 325 AD under Christianity.
I respect all the world's religions and practice love and compassion toward all living beings because that is what the greatest spiritual masters have demonstrated to humans. I no longer identifying myself as a Catholic because it puts me in a box that closes me off to higher understanding, plus I wasn't getting my spiritual needs met and I wasn't pretending I was (as were most people who ignored their spiritual needs). Sunday after Sunday I would go to church and feel like a hypocrite and get depressed because I didn't know what the missing link was... until I was at last, willing to expand my horizons and move away from the fear of questioning those "unquestionable" beliefs. I have been dragged down long enough into the victim mentality and the sinner syndrome which is all a lie and I either had to suffer by compromising my integrity and being true to my higher self.

For my own health and sanity, I refuse to pretend something makes sense when it doesn't, especially with regards to traditional, orthodox religion that doesn't even acknowledge the ego and how its twisted the world to make it fit into its particular views. The dark ages are over but often it seems we hold onto the old ideas and beliefs because we are afraid to question them, but none of them are valid. It was my time to break free from the past that only caused me pain and stagnancy that only serves the ego.

I am truly grateful for my Catholic upbringing, or as I sometimes like to say "programming" since it has brought me to a whole new level of appreciation for the true teachings of Jesus, not the idolization and mental images set down by the Church and distorted by those who wanted control over others through fear. They don't want us to have the abundant life that Jesus claimed he came to offer. I believed that Jesus came to show us how to reach our full potential, by taking full responsibility for ourselves.

I have outgrown the outer path as a way to save me, as I realize I can only save myself. This is something that I have always known intuitively and not something I've found through a spiritual book or other means as you might think. My heart is in control now, not my ego.

Jesus said "the kingdom of Heaven is within". Too many Christians ignore that statement thinking they will be saved by following an outer church, which is a really a false promise. I feel the churches attempts to set in stone certain rituals and dead doctrines has mainly squeezed the spirit out, and left many souls paralyzed through fear and only feeds the toxic foundation of the Church that only cares about expanding its own power and keeping its sheep within the herd.

I know we are in for some amazing times because people are realizing that they are the only ones who can save themselves! I'm sure you won't agree with me, which is perfectly fine, we all have free will and I respect that, but we really need to respect all beliefs, opinions, etc and take full responsibility if we want to evolve...

Its no better time to stop defending myths and instead bring out the truth that will set us free, once and for all.

Thanks for reading!

Peace, and blessings, Helen!

From my favorite latest e-read
"If you persevere and keep chipping away all that is false and fearful — bringing it into conscious awareness until you understand it — it will vanish. It’s all simple, yet elusive. When we learn the truth about our false beliefs, we no longer believe them. When we no longer believe them, they disappear. When fearful, false beliefs disappear, what remains is truth".

The e-book "the Present with Religion" is worth a read. Incredible.

Resurrecting out of the tomb of our Ego.

Resurrecting our consciousness!

The last few weeks has been the spiritual season of Lenten in the Christian church, a traditional time to reflect and to refresh ones perspective, and basically soul search. Instead, of seeing it the way I was taught in my Catholic background, where I had to go to confession and participate in traditional rituals, such as not eating meat on Friday, giving up some type of outer pleasure, etc. I have decided that I will personally resurrect myself by looking at the issues that keep coming up that cause me to see life as a never ending struggle. Knowing that it is just the ego that wants the pain and suffering. By taking full responsibility for every aspect of my life and journey, I know I will rise above the negativity. So, even old doctrines and traditions can be a way to practice clearing ones mind and body, and its not only about giving something up from the "outside" like chocolate or television, but the negativity we indulge in on a daily basis.

I have begun to see the traditional "church" Lenten season as a yet another opportunity for myself, as a spiritual seeker, to leave the ego self behind, in the tomb and move towards a higher level of consciousness. It isn't fear based or about contracting oneself, instead it expands oneself and transforms one's consciousness. We might ask, "What are the benefits to feeling guilty, weak, and shameful sinners'? Their are no benefits, except for those powers that want to remain in control of our souls (the heads of the Church). The Christian church mainly encourages us to feel guilty to discourage us from moving away from fear, at least from my personal experience. These negative thoughts and feelings only prevent our freedom so we need to look at them.

Idolizing Jesus has nothing to do with true religion or the spiritual responsibility of all humanity, and it is time we stopped glorifying the martyrdom of this great spiritual teacher. The victim mentality has served the Christian church well and fed its appetite for power and control. The cult of idolatry has hindered the progression of humanity for many centuries and has prevented the true spiritual seekers from finding the truth, in between the lines of scripture, and within one's hearts. This means that we need to take all of our power to expand and rise up. The persecution and assassination of Jesus by the hypocritical religious cultists truly was unfortunate, and a prime example of the ignorant, unenlightened, and aggressive mentality that still characterizes much of human society to this day. Its time to move beyond the established status quo. So, using the idea of the resurrection as a means to purify ourselves so we won't be crucified with all the negativity that only pollutes and distorts our perceptions and causes suffering.

Choosing to see the events as the crucifixion and resurrection in an empowering and inspiring way leads us to shed the old, lower vibrating self into a higher, resurrected state of purity and higher awareness where we can see that we aren't separate beings but interconnected. We can only resurrect ourselves by undoing all that has kept us bound. As Jesus quoted, "Except a man be born of water and of spirit, that person cannot enter into the Kingdom of God". So until we let the mortal ego identity die, we cannot be reborn into our true spiritual identity as co-creators with the Creator.

Christianity needs to evolve, or die

Just a few points why the religion of Christianity makes no sense whatsoever for a person with even half an open mind. Their are many more, but I'll probably have to save those for another post.

The cult of idolatry has pervaded Christianity for centuries and now its time to move out of the point where we stop worshiping a false god "out their". Seeking an external god is a graven image because it implies separation between the self and the object of worship. Since quantum physics proves that everything is within one unified field, we know that being separate is only an illusion that lives in the mind of the ego.

If  Christianity is to evolve into the new age, it needs to meet the real spiritual needs of today's people to survive. If not, it will become extinct, since the thought forms that hold it into place will die off from lack of attention. This is long overdue and we need to stop buying into them once and for all. The age of  Pisces was about Christianity and the age of Aquarius is about freedom from spiritual tyranny and about being who we really are- part of the whole.

The fact is, the winners are the ones that write history and they have picked and chosen what they want us to know. The mainstream church has basically made certain doctrines to ensure security in an outer church that claims to have the absolute truth. Of course, this is the ultimate dream of the ego because it always wants to look outside, but that is just the point. The inner path is the one that has been passed down by many spiritual teachers. The outer path has only prevented us towards a deeper understanding of life and going beyond our logical mind into the intuitive, expansive void of the heart that connects us all.

Their also needs to be a merging of science and religion. The fact is, modern science has given us discoveries that are meant to set us free from those that would only have us stuck in our minds. Einstein proved that everything is energy vibrating at different speeds. We can't stick our heads in the sand anymore, and pretend that we don't know that the only constant in the universe is change. This only serves those we give our power of attention to.

Another point about the need for orthodox Christianity to evolve is monotheism.  The truly sad fact that the feminine aspect of God, and the feminine aspect of every soul has been suppressed is one of the greatest tragedies. Christianity has consistently denied the intuitive, more balanced side and focused on the material, logical and masculine aspects which has only prevented its spiritual growth. By denying the feeling side of life, this has only helped in creating more chaos and hell on earth. Instead of using the feminine to integrate both energies of the divine, it has been used to hold people back. This needs to be changed if we want to evolve as a species and if the church wants to move out of the dark ages.

Another point is as our souls mature, we can get to the point where we can use our intuitive faculties to validate whether or not we feel the sense or truth in a doctrine or belief . Moving towards valuing one's intuition is very important so one can have a direct experience of the divine, rather than outer knowledge. One needs to get to the point where they can take the outer approach of religion and move towards changing their state of consciousness. If something is to be taken as personal truth, it should be validated through one's intuition, otherwise it is just residue thoughts from others, who have taken them as real.

Religion shouldn't be an excuse to come between us and a deeper, personal experience with a higher power or God. Although this has prevented so many, and it all stems from the fear based approach of religion and the unwillingness to move beyond it. For too long, religions have been coming between people and God, they  have separated the physical world from the spiritual, the rational mind from the intuitive. Separating us from each other, and from God.  Integrating means realizing that everything is interconnected and indivisible. The fact that we live in duality teaches us that everything is relative and matters on what your perception is at the time. So, I think, whether or not Christianity chooses to evolve or not, depends entirely on those that choose to evolve, or not.

"When we are children, we are more open to our feelings and rely on them to make decisions.  As we grow and are educated, we are taught how to think logically and our reliance on our feelings diminishes.  A truly wise person has learned to balance the intuitive understanding of his heart with the rational knowledge of his head.  It is through this twinned approach that flashes of inspiration can be manifested into physical reality".

Liberating myself!!

I have been thinking about how people hold on to their incomplete, more often then not mistaken beliefs, because they're afraid to find out the truth or going beyond their ego's box of beliefs. I have even asked some members of my family the question. "If you were to be able to look at your present beliefs, would you want to know if they were incorrect or incomplete in any way"? The first thing a certain family member said to me was, "No, because I know that what I've been taught to believe is correct, and that's my truth". That was the end of that. I knew that no more words would be welcomed so I had to cease and desist. Unfortunately, for my ego, I just let it drop before it could escalate. No need to go into a right or wrong response and go deeper into the insanity of the mind.

The only reason one would answer "NO" to the above question is because their ego is comfortable with the present beliefs, that serve its purpose of resistance. I've studied the workings of the go and that is the main reason people don't look beyond the boundaries of their current beliefs. Speaking my personal experience as an indoctrinated Catholic I only started questioning things once I hit a rock bottom. By  questioning the fear-based doctrines, vacant rituals, dogmas and rigid beliefs, I concluded that they were only serving those who craved money and power. Although, I must say, it was not the proper thing to do, according to many of those that felt threatened by my free thought and new, more accurate perceptions of what the truth might consist of.

I came to the point though, that I had to do it, or else I was living someone else's life and that is not why I came here. I had to follow my heart and take full responsibility for my own well being, or else I might end up letting my beliefs run my life as distorted as they might be. I would never be happy with someone else's ideas of what happiness should be.  I knew the "beliefs" that I was taught to follow did not satisfy my questions nor did those who upheld them want to be asked. Surely, that was a red flag for me. Upholding the status quo, meant going against my integrity and I decided that it wasn't worth the effort anymore. My time for pretending I was okay with things as they were was up. It was time to wave goodbye to all that had held me back from being real and genuine.

I've since done much research into religion and history, and discovered that most of the beliefs we are taught stemmed from the need for certain powers to control through fear and that meant setting up barriers in the mind that many were "subconsciously" not permitted to move across.

I also know that fear prevents people from looking at the beliefs or "illusions" programmed into their mind by church or other institutions. It prevents people from making decisions through free will, because one always has to attempt to defend the beliefs that are taking up space in their over crowded brain, from all the beliefs and distortions set up within. That way, it could make those who want us to believe in certain "infallible" truths comfortable with never having to expand -even when the nature of life itself is expansion.

My point is, if we don't ask these "forbidden" questions, we are only harming ourselves, plain and simple. Think about it. If we never opened our minds to more possibilities, we would never evolve and move forward in evolution. We would still be on horse and buggy. We wouldn't have modern tools for what we do in society today. It really is long overdue that many people open up their minds to let in more possibilities. The potential that humans have is infinite, we can't continue to keep our mind imprisoned for fear of rejection or feelings of abandonment. Whatever fear we have, is unreal because it set up to prevent us from moving beyond it, into the realm of freedom.

I'm inspired by the visionary thinkers who have illuminated our path and helped to untangle us out of the nets that have been set up to keep us controlled by lies and fear. The trick is to get the ego to feel safe to move away from these limited beliefs. The time is here for our next step, away from self imposed limitations.I know liberating myself also let others do the same for themselves! It gave them permission to do the same. It is worth breaking through and discovering your truth, allowing grace to guide your way. Moving beyond these ego constraints, you'll realize that in fact, you were the only one holding yourself back!

Lies and Propaganda everywhere

Propaganda is everywhere. I especially noticed this over the swine flu scare last spring, when the big pharmaceutical conglomerate was trying to instill fear into the masses left, right and center. I see propaganda everywhere, when I had the courage to open my eyes and stop pretending it didn't exist. I see it in the rigid beliefs of religion, distortions of mass media, the educational establishments, and of course the governments of the world. I see it when I read the paper, watch the news, listen to the radio, look at all the advertising all around, etc. We have been honed in the fires of cultural conditioning, brainwashing and the collective insanity of obsolete belief systems.

When I can become still enough to listen to the still voice in my heart that is barely audible over my logical mind, I can feel my way over the maze of lies and propaganda that demands my attention and energy. The Law Of Attraction says that where attention goes, energy flows, so if we focus our attention on positivity, then the circumstances have to change to reflect that. The universe must grant us what we create with the power of thoughts . We co-create our individual reality, and on a collective level we've co-created many hellish circumstances for our Earth Mother and her inhabitants. We need to re-member that its time to stop giving our power away and become conscious of our abilities to create change, no matter how insignificant we have been made to feel.

I know the forces that want to control us for their benefit, want to keep us weak, powerless, feeling shackled in a world where we can only see lack and limitation. They tax us to death, enslave us by taking away our God given freedom in disguise as security, they try to steal our peace with their constant reporting of negativity, they try to make us feed them with fearful emotions, they have us imprisoned and they don't want us to rise up on our own power. But t is time to break out of these shackles. We may have been programmed since we came out of our mothers wombs but we can always choose to look at our preconceived notions and replace the files in our mind with programs that actually empower and inspire us! We don't need to pretend that are beliefs are ours, when we aren't afraid to move beyond their barriers.

Time to look the fear straight in the face and say 'Enough is Enough'! No more attention leaking into negativity! Then we can take back our power from those we have unconsciously given it away to. Or maybe we would  rather stay as victims? I don't think blame every helped anyone, except kept them in denial until they were ready to face their issues. If we feel any resistance, its good to look at it for what it is-only the ego, always afraid to get out of its comfort zone. The ego will never be comfortable with change, which is why we need to be aware of it so as not to fall for its tricks and prevent us from moving forward.

If we don't look within and see where we are unbalanced, negative and in any way inharmonious we are not going to bring forth the change in the physical world. When we heal every imbalance in our psyches, when we can be real with ourselves, free from our self imposed blinders. Only then we can be certain the world will change. The war is within us, and it is reflected outwards, but too many would still rather continue to look at the effects rather than the cause. A quote from A course in miracles" "Perception is a mirror not a fact. And what I look on is my state of mind, reflected outward."

Just as the medical establishments would rather push drugs on people rather then have them look at the mind-body and soul connection that created the effect. Just as the media would rather report negativity and tv would keep producing programs that steal our attention and prevent us from realizing the unlimited power within our imagination, we need to see all this propaganda for what it is and stop being manipulated.

Just because we've been enslaved for millennia doesn't mean we are weak, it just means we thought we were, but that's just another belief! Its time to stop reading the paper, watching the programs that "program us" into following convention and mindlessly waste our potential. Lets get inspired! No better time than the NOW!

Inner Truth and Belief systems

Are your beliefs serving you or not?

“Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.”

Buddha

What is truth and how/where can we find it?

What makes something true? Every single one of us has their own opinions and ideas, and they are all valid because we are all unique drops in this infinite ocean of divine intelligence. The time for ignorance is over and we are are all being called to wake up from much of what has kept us in the dark.

But, we've all been told different things about truth, especially through religions and their rituals, dogmas and doctrines that don't really make much sense when we dare to look at them. Many of us are afraid to question these "beliefs" because we fear moving away from our comfort zone or what others might think. But, a belief is just a thought that repeats itself over and over again. It has been proven that our beliefs shape our reality more than anything else. Whatever the excuses are for these beliefs, we need to realize that it is just our ego identity, and we need to transcend this aspect of ourselves to move towards our true potential. Its a process of changing our beliefs to create the reality we want. These beliefs are usually barricades that keep us stuck.

I, for one, am excited to be living in a time when masses of people are expressing freedom of thought, that was previously wasted on dogma and mental boxes; set up by those who had hidden agenda's. Speaking from a Catholic background I know that the fear based religions would rather prevent the true knowledge and wisdom from seeping into the minds of their flock. They encourage a closed mind to remain in power and distorted and manipulated many truths. They also don't encourage opening your mind to any outside knowledge or anything that might liberate you from the fear based paradigm. They want you to stay in the fear matrix and keep your mind from being enlightened. To me, this is the ultimate desire for power and control which keeps this institution from crumbling under its own weight.
It was very empowering for me to finally realize that I didn't have to serve my "religious" beliefs but rather have my beliefs serve me. I could choose what my higher self was guiding me to believe based on love rather than fear from the ego-identity. Many of us are now realizing that our "faith" or the fear based beliefs that we were conditioned to believe, that what our parents and their parents were conditioned to believe were not assisting us into evolving to a higher level of consciousness. What a perfect way to transcend it, by growing up within such an environment and moving beyond it, to become more of who we really are? It's the perfect opportunity to evolve.

I know for me, the path to opening my mind was very subtle and slow but I know what I resonated with and what I didn't, even as a child. If fear had any part to play in the teaching or book I was came across, I had the sense that it wasn't my truth, it just glorified to the ego mind.

It is great that more minds are seeing the limitations that so many limiting beliefs have created in their version of reality. The beliefs taint one's perception to the point where we think we are what we believe. That is why so many people would die for their beliefs or fight others, they are so completely enveloped by these beliefs.
I know one thing for certain, a true religion or set of beliefs should not hide knowledge that has the potential to set you free. But those who have the power won't give you that knowledge. We are moving to the point where we have to see how we are all connected as one Humanity and not get pulled away from knowing we are all in this evolutionary journey together. Therefore we must embrace everyone, regardless of any difference in faith, color, political standing, nationality, etc. One of my favorite quotes from funny man Bill Maher is "We are a nation that is unenlightened because of religion. I do believe that. I think religion stops people from thinking. I think it justified crazies".

We must break free from all the limiting beliefs and the barriers that prevent us from reaching our full potential. When we realize that the truth is within our hearts we will never give our power away to anyone ever again. The reward is the joy of freedom to be who you were created to be. Our inner guidance can never lead us astray if we focus on taking full responsibility for ourselves100% of the time. It is very important to remain centered in our integrity to follow our higher self in order to stay balanced. Of course, their are great websites and books that your higher self will guide you to find when you are ready.
So as our way shower, Jesus said, "the key of knowledge is within", inside one's feeling body. Innocent ignorance is no longer an option when quantum physics has proven what the mystics have said for thousands of years.

One thing is for sure, you won't find the whole truth in religions, governments, media or any other institution owned by those few who possess all the money and power. The goal was to keep you ignorant but it wasn't meant to last forever. We can claim our abdication with courage and will, the will that comes from our higher self that is always leading us out of the maze of lies that keep us trapped. We are here because we have come to shed light on the darkness, and remember our powers to co-create in harmony.

The following is is from metaphysical Doctor Toni Petrinovich's website-www.sacredspaceswa.com. I found the following questions very helpful for myself to help me see beliefs in a more conscious way.
Ask yourselves these questions about any of your beliefs:

1. Where did the belief originate?

2. Why do I believe it?

3. What do I feel when I think about not believing it?

4. Is fear part of this belief?

5. Does the belief serve my sense of inner peace or is it serving someone or something else?

When you ask these five questions of all your beliefs, then you realize that 99.99% of what you have confidence in, including what you claim to be your spiritual knowing can be traced to some one's need to control and/or be right. :-)

Their are many eye-opening videos and articles that I highly suggest watching to do with metaphysical and spiritual topics. A high amount of great teachings are online, just use your discernment!

Chakra balancing and reiki energies

Our body is holistic, we are made up of parts that work together to maintain a healthy equilibrium. Everything works together to maintain this balance, just as nature does. Their is at least a physical body, mental body, emotional and spiritual body. It can get to be complex since their are many major and minor centers, but I'll attempt to summarize it for a basic understanding. When one or more of these bodies is out of balance, we create blockages in our energy centers). The energy centers (chakras) connects our spiritual bodies to our physical body and they act like a sensor that converts one energy into another form.

Our chakras take in universal life force energy, and depending on our vibration, which the chakras spin constantly, they go into our four bodies to make up our bio-energetic force field. If we have an imbalance in say our emotional body, then one or more of our individual chakras can become blocked, enlarged or shrunken. Often with reiki, we use techniques such as grounding and energizing to take in more earth energy, for shifting our vibration to more balance. Energy healing uses the interconnectedness of the whole person to align ones entire being and using the healing earth energies to stabilize us vibrationally. This shifts our vibration from a lower vibrating, denser energy to a lighter, higher vibrating energy where we can feel more at ease and feel the peace amidst the chaos of the "world".

Their is also a lightness and floaty feeling after one has had their chakra's and energy field cleansed of any old negativity or patterns that have kept them back, in old patterns, beliefs or perceptions. They can feel free to move forward in a positive direction in their life, leaving the discordant energies behind. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an excellent technique for helping to tap on the acupressure points in areas of your body to help the stagnant energy flow more smoothly. This has especially helped people with addictions, when so many other alternative healing methods have failed. Another great energy healing modality is theta healing. This modality clears our subconscious beliefs and feelings and empowers people to choose the files and programs that will create the life they dream of. It uses the theta brain wave and applied quantum physics to instantly heal the four body system. It is amazing and more and more people have had miracles occur from this technique. The most important thing though is a strong intent to leave behind what no longer serves your higher purpose and know that a higher source knows what you need if you just let go and let God.

Breathing is also another important aspect to releasing stagnant, inharmonious energies that have clogged the energy system and make up the density on many levels. Often that is why many people find yoga, tai chi and meditation so refreshing. Especially in a high stress society we often forget to just take a deep breath and release our sadness and anxieties. We have come to hold them in until we get into a state of dis-ease and this causes one of our four bodies to go into a state of in harmony. Reiki for instance is great for removing and purifying blocked energy. This blocked energy might have come from childhood experiences or fear based belief systems, past life traumas, but wherever they came from, they need to be released in order to restore the natural flow of energy through the bodies systems. The bio-energetic field that we are made up of knows where we need the healing.
We just need to let go and flow with the energy when we are being treated by someone or treating ourselves. The practitioner merely channels the healing energy to flow into the receiver without directing it or worrying about focusing anywhere in particular. All that is required is for the one sending the healing energy to be unattached to outcome and doing it with the highest intent. The receiver just has to let go and let love undo the blockages in the energy bodies. Removing any existing blocks is a process, but with focus and intent and of course, surrender one will be integrating their bodies back into harmony.
Energy healing modalities usually encourage the love and acceptance of oneself and others. It is truly a gift of life force energy where it is most needed, and this divine intelligence knows where to go, without us needing to worry about anything but focus our attention on the divine love that lives in every cell and atom of our four bodies. We are free to feel the compassion that surrounds every sentient being and we appreciate the love and grace that brings all perfect things balance into our lives in divine order.

With reiki and theta healing, I found it helps brings me into greater integrity and trust, as the divine being that I know I am, even if my ego wants me to think the opposite. Oftentimes after energy healing, many people feel more calm and focused on the now moment, rather then the past or future as the ego is less in the way. This feeling is empowering to say the least! One just has to be willing to release all burdens and stressed that may be holding them back by working through the blocks, one by one. By surrendering and realizing that we are always embraced and enfolded in the unconditional, divine love of our creator we can feel safe that we will receive exactly what we need, right where we need it. I also find energy healing very powerful because it gives one the courage to find the knowledge that is within each of us. We just need to dig under the many layers buried their to find the wealth and golden being at the essence.

To summarize, when using energy healing techniques it is very important to remove any attachments to outcome, the healing may come in a way that is least expected. We may not get the healing we think we need, but we always get what we need, because that is the way divine healing energy works. Everything is in perfect, divine order, no judging whatsoever will help speed things along, that is just the ego mind thinking it can control things. We just have to trust our intuition over our logical mind, because that is how our brains become more balanced. Integrating the feminine and masculine aspect of our souls, the yin and the yang, dark and light, etc.
We should remember, that we are already perfect, whole and complete, and we only have to remove that which is toxic to us. Whatever we don't need to live a life of joy we can feel free to leave behind, with no guilt or fear so we can move on our evolutionary journey as higher vibrating beings. So once we get the courage to let it go, with grace and ease, we are on our way to consciously co-creating the life we want.
