Cause of Negativity

I find this video makes so much sense...Everything is God (energy) and once we integrate with the dark/light aspects of ourselves, we fall into alignment and stop our continuous suffering because we were out of balance.
I'll be taking the heart resonance course this fall and can't wait to practice it! SO exciting!
